Charity
Solent Rib Charter are delighted to annouce that the Ellen MacArthur Trust is our 2008 charity of the year for the third year running. We work with Dame Ellen and her team to provide Rib events to children recovering from cancer.

Environment
We have taken a number of steps to reduce our carbon footprint over recent months. All of our boats now run with fuel efficient four stroke engines and we are in the midst of fitting the latest fuel flow meters across the fleet. With our hard hitting environmental policy, we are making real inroads into our carbon burn.

Safety
We try and emulate the same attention to safety and good operating practice that airlines have developed. We go beyond our superb insurance cover to actively minimise risks within our operation.
